Order Cancellation
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@momorii.com. Once our fulfilment system processes your order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our support team at support@momorii.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days). Contact us via our Contact Us page.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For non-EU customers, refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases.

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2023/2673.
