Order Cancellation:

If you have paid for your order and need to make a change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel or make changes of your order.


We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Please inform us, and we will provide you with a return address and arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Custom-made items, including flower dresses, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • If there is an error with your shipping address or details, please email within 12 hours, and we will strive to assist you.

  • Refund requests can be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has passed. This can be done by sending a message on our Contact Us page.
