Momorii Shipping Policy

At Momorii, we are committed to delivering carefully selected pieces to families around the world. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

As our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time:

Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days
Express Shipping (if selected): 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, weather conditions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking updates may pause while parcels are in transit between countries.


International Shipping

We currently ship to over 150 countries.

Shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout based on your location.

If your country is not eligible for delivery, you will be notified before payment is completed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

For eligible regions:

• Free shipping on orders over $99.95
• Standard shipping fee: $9.95 (orders under $99.95)
• Express shipping: $49.95

Certain regions may only have premium shipping options available.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Momorii is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Multiple Shipments

Items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics.

You may receive more than one tracking number.


Incorrect Address & Uncollected Parcels

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be refunded due to incorrect address details.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information or failure to collect, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Delays that occur within the carrier’s stated delivery timeframe are not considered lost parcels.


Order Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Momorii is not liable for shipping delays, missed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, please contact your local courier directly.
