Refund policy

At Momorii, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returns are accepted for store credit only (EU customers — see EU section below)
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We offer a one-time size exchange for apparel items within 30 days of delivery

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at support@momorii.com with photos and your order number. We'll prioritise your case immediately.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Need to update size, variant, or shipping details? Email us at support@momorii.com within that 12-hour window.

After 12 hours, our automated fulfilment system begins processing and we are unable to make changes.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds to the original payment method (EU customers — see EU section below)
  • All approved refunds are issued as store credit, excluding original shipping fees
  • If you use a Momorii return label, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit
  • Orders made with store credit or complimentary gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Customised or made-to-order items (e.g., flower dresses)
  • Final sale items

We do not accept returns unless:

  • The item is defective, or
  • Your order has not arrived after 30 business days

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For returns over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit
  • Please ensure your shipping and billing details are correct before placing your order
  • If we make a mistake, we'll take full responsibility
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, Momorii is not liable and refunds will not be issued

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU Directive 2023/2673.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right:

  1. Click "Right of Withdrawal" in our website footer
  2. Complete the form with your name and order number
  3. You will receive an email confirmation immediately

Important conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal request
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

The following items are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., flower dresses)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds for EU withdrawal requests:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable
